User – A person using the website of the Polish Cancer League Foundation
Registration – A voluntary, one-time action consisting of signing up for the list of persons receiving the Monthly Oncology Newsletter for Journalists.

Pursuant to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), we hereby inform you that:

Subscription to the Oncology Newsletter for Journalists (published only in Polish version).
Data are processed solely on the basis of legal provisions or the consent expressed by the User, in accordance with applicable law.

1.4. The Administrator may entrust the processing of newsletter subscribers’ data to third parties performing certain services, in particular:

PRIMUM PR Public Relations Agency – for the purpose of distributing the newsletter.

1.9. Cookies

1.9.1. The cookie policy applies to all websites and mobile applications operated by the Polish Cancer League Foundation.
